Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Ferreti, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. For this reason, we have designed our returns and exchanges process to be as simple and transparent as possible.
Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and returned with all original accessories, tags, and packaging.
Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
All return, refund, and exchange requests must be submitted through our Customer Support team:

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds simply because you have changed your mind or no longer wish to keep the item after purchase.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please contact our Customer Support team by email and include the following information:

Full name

Order number
-
Photographs of the damaged or incorrect item (where applicable)

Reason for the return or exchange request
Once we receive your request, our team will review it and normally respond within 24–48 hours.
If your request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label by email.
Returning Your Item
Please package the item securely and use only the return shipping label provided by our Customer Support team.
You should then take the parcel to an authorised courier drop-off location (such as UPS or a similar courier service).
Please do not return your parcel to the original shipping address.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you. Depending on the outcome, we will either:

Issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 working days, or

Dispatch a replacement item, which is typically shipped within 72 hours of approval.
Orders Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact your local courier and obtain a claim reference or proof of investigation.
Once your claim has been successfully verified, a replacement item will be dispatched.
Restocking Fee
A 30% restocking fee will apply to all returned items and will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
