Returned Orders Due to an Incorrect Address

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect delivery address was provided, we can arrange for the order to be reshipped. Additional shipping and handling charges will apply.

If you choose not to have the order reshipped, a refund will be issued after deducting:

The original shipping costs
Any express processing or shipping insurance fees
A 20% restocking fee

In certain circumstances, manufacturers do not accept returned parcels, and the courier may dispose of the package. If the parcel cannot be returned to us, we will instead provide a store credit equal to 50% of the purchase price, which can be used towards a future purchase at Ferreti.

If the original delivery address was correct, we will resend the order to the same address free of charge. Any request to change the delivery address after dispatch may incur additional shipping charges.

Order Cancellations

As all products are prepared or manufactured specifically after an order is placed, changes or cancellations can only be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.

Promotional and Sale Items

Items purchased as part of special promotions, clearance sales, or end-of-line offers are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

These items may be supplied without their original retail packaging, and no guarantee is provided regarding the condition of the packaging.

Warranty and Replacements

Our standard policy for refunds and replacement items applies for 7 days from the confirmed delivery date shown by the courier's tracking information.

After this period has expired, we are unable to offer refunds or replacement products.

International Shipping

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the purchase price and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
